Clinical Symposium: Routinizing Sexual Health in Primary Care
Subject – Registration now Open! – Sexual Health Symposium for Clinical Providers
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the NYC STD Prevention Training Center are offering a free half-day clinical symposium on sexual health for clinical providers in the Bronx, April 7, 2016. The goal of the symposium is to address provider awareness and proficiency in the following areas: sexual history taking; STD/HIV morbidity and trends, STD/HIV screening and diagnosis; and STD treatment recommendations.
Free continuing medical and nursing education credits (CME/CNE) are available. Please see the attached flyer for more information!

Target Audience: Physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and nurse practitioners who provide direct clinical care to patients. This is a clinical symposium intended for medical health professionals and as seating is limited, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurses will receive priority for registration.

Continuing medical and nursing education credits (3.0 CME/CNE) are available.
