Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is an AAP-sponsored education program developed to help providers manage chronic and complex diseases.  This is accomplished by creating an efficient and effective way for primary care providers to communicate remotely with experts to receive guidance and treatment strategy for specialty diseases.
