To receive 4 CE/CMEs you must agree to:

• Participate in all 4 one-hour ECHO sessions (March 14, April 4, April 25, and May 16, 2022)
• Complete the pre/post series surveys and brief post session evaluations
• Complete a brief case study form for a possible 5-minute case presentation, if selected

Sessions will be held Noon to 1 pm on Mondays
March 14, April 4, April 25, and May 16, 2022
