If you are interested in receiving CME credit there are two options:
- Attending the symposium in person. The cost is $40.00 and can be paid by check, credit card or in person. If you choose to pay by credit card please register here. We look forward to seeing you at the symposium!
- Receiving CME credit via our online webcast. The cost will be $45.00 and you will be prompted to pay via a Paypal account or have the option to pay with a credit or debit card. Once you have paid a confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to the webcast and an ACCESS ID. A survey will follow and your CME certificate will be emailed to you within 3-4 weeks. You can access the webcast by registering here.
