Vision 0 to 3 Conference

Vision 0 to 3 Conference will be a day of learning, innovation and action.  It will provide an opportunity to initiate impactful changes to the lives of babies, toddlers and families in Westchester.

Who should attend? – Business and civic leaders, parents, service and health providers, legal professionals, elected officials, educators, students.  All are welcome.
