CME Hours: 3.5 AMA PRA Category I Credits™Tuition: Free for members of Chapter 3. (A $10 refundable deposit will secure your seat and will be refunded to you after you attend.)  The fee for non-member pediatricians is $50.

OVERVIEW:

This ½ day CME program was created as a result of our Membership Survey.  We’re pleased to offer it at no charge for Chapter 3 members as a member benefit (A $10 refundable deposit will secure your spot and will be refunded to you after you attend).  Attendees will hear from advocacy experts on immigrant health and environmental health, learn how to navigate contracts and work challenges, and learn how to successfully address vaccine hesitancy and refusal.  Breakfast and lunch are included.  The registration deadline is May 23rd. Space is limited.

  • understand the reasons behind vaccine hesitancy and refusal
  • describe ways to approach parents who are hesitant about vaccines
