SUMMARY:Caring for Children and Youth with Epilepsy Webinars
DESCRIPTION:The American Academy of Pediatrics’ National Coordinating Center for Epilepsy is hosting a webinar series\, Caring for Children and Youth with Epilepsy: What Primary Care Providers Need to Know.  The series\, developed with the organizations participating on the CYE Stakeholder Forum\, will educate primary care providers on their role in diagnosing\, treating\, and managing children and youth with seizures.  Topics that will be covered include but are not limited to:  \n\nEpilepsy and Seizures Overview \nTesting and Diagnosis  \nComorbidities of Children and Youth with Seizures \nCare Coordination \nSeizure Management and Safety  \nCommunicating with Schools \nTransition  \n\n Webinars will be held from 11am-12pm CT starting February 21\, 2019 and will provide CME credit at no cost.
